Thanks guys, cool guitar. Toejam, I bought a Norton for an LP because of the description but figured I'd try it in my Soloist. Awesome match up! I bought another for my SLATQH and it is a great pup for a neck through guitar. I currently use Super III's for my bolt-ons and the Norton for the neck-through/set necks.

Cool, thanks! I've been thinking of putting mine in my black set-neck Hamer Special that's got a the JB/'59 combo. Never been a huge fan of the JB and just looking for something different. Though, I have to change out the creme rings to black since my Norton is black/blue for an old Dinky project that never panned out.

That's what I'm thinking, should match nice with the all mahogany, I'll just keep the '59 in the neck. I was also thinking of a set of EMGs that I've got lying around, but I've already got a set in my all mahogany LP and just want something different for this one. I so wish to one day get a SLATQH, too!
