The specs indicate a satin finish on the neck. Is this correct? So, no oil finish on these?

Yeah, I'd say mine is satin finished. It feels great though
I'd never noticed before, but I just compared it to my Charvel which I ordered with an oiled neck and the AS is slightly smoother. It's by no means a 'finish' as such though...
