Yeah they are great pickups. Just trying to find the different sound combinations that work well. They do look kinda funny in the picture. I thought of making them white but thought it might look gaudy. As for the limba which is korina, they are the same wood just different names, it is the most musical wood. It has a very hollow resonating sound that really bites. Very articulate and not muddy like mahogany gets and not bright like maple.
