    New RR1 candid (largish)

    It was a light overcast afternoon so I decided to see if I could get a decent shot of my RR1 since I just changed strings and gave it a spit polish.

    Anyways, here she is...

    Here is another pic (full size 6MP for those that like your porn close up) from a slightly different angle, you can see the grass and my red shirt reflecting in the chrome. Unfortunately they are not super sharp because I was handholding and not braced.

          She plays as beautifully as she looks too! Lets just say the instrument is not the weak point in my musical output hehe. I should probably take some time later this week to get some shots of the back of the headstock to show off my poorly installed Schaller locking tuners. (Thankfully the tuners themselves covered up my mild errors caused due to impatience and ignorance.)

                        TB-5 custom in the bridge, jazz neck. I was tempted to go full shred or pearly gates in the neck but the stock jazz sounded so great for cleans and bluesy tones that I couldn't bring myself to change it.
