Well its up to you but you're basically asking for a fairly standard guitar with a reversed headstock (not too unusual) and a colour they already do but on another guitar.
If I was to use the Custom shop I'd go the tits on it and make it really unusual. Maybe even get a personalised cockdragon!

As for price. It depends on what spec you're after but... a lot. Get a quote.
Do you have any organs you dont need?
Once you get the import duty paid you may have to do favours for sailors for the next thousand years.

I'm probably daydreaming, but I wonder if I went proper custom shop, got a reverse headstock into the bargain too... what kinda cash would that take?

this is true but even being in the uk you can still buy from ebay. Especially if you get prior auth from the seller.
