I don't know exactly what they're called, but the card that has the initials of whoever did the neck dress, assembly etc...

Sometimes I see an area that has no initials. Does this mean that it didn't get done, or the person just didn't write their initials.

It means that the person who did that part made a mistake and doesn't want to get fired later.

It doesn't mean that it didn't get done, but I really don't know why they're left blank sometimes. :dunno:

The hang tag on my CS Soloist arrived without a build date on it. The dealer caught it and Jackson sent a new one with everything filled out correctly.

Now I have two hang tags for the same guitar!

I see missing info on the hang tags all the time. I actually have one that is missing the serial #. LOL

It means it was Friday & your guitar was the last one they worked on, getting off work & drinking a cold beer was more important than filling out your hang tag! :ROTF:
