They won't make it if you say "I want a Marty Friedman replica" but you should be able to spec something close to that without much problems. Cost I don't know because much of that will depend on specs, someone should be able to give you ballpark figures but as a one off I would guess between $2500-$3500 or possibly slightly higher. I could also be WAY off. The best thing to do is have a bash at a spec sheet, send it to an authorized dealer, and ask for a quote.
