Do they still refuse paint jobs that were artist specific? Like a Demartini or a Stryper paint job?

I think it's a copyright issue they are bound by. You can only ask..Fuck ebay, fuck paypal

Basically, they won't build artist replicas without permission from the artist. And they won't use copyrighted artwork without permission from the copyright holder.
You can't order a Warren D French. I'm not sure if you could order replicas of the 'masks' or that 'gold writing' - that'd depend if Warren allowed it I guess as to the best of my knowledge, those aren't 'copyrighted' artworks. The Stryper they wouldn't do without permission from Robert or Oz.Popular is not the same as good
