  • Where are all those early edition PC1's?

Not seeing nearly any early edition (Sears headstock, two knobs etc...) on ebay in ages.

Not just the mega rare koa version but all of them?

    Where did they all go?

Apparently nobody wants to get rid of them just yet.
I also don't believe very many were made/sold in the first few years.

I always thought so too. Wonder where we could see the numbers from those early models that actually sold?

I have yet to see one on ebay since I bought my 1997 koa one around August. I wonder If people are hoarding them?

There was a Mocha Koa on ebay last month that caught my eye. Problem is that the back was painted black so there goes the whole theory of a special Koa finish no?

I was laughed at years ago when I told a few mates that the early ones with the awesome finish (Koa or otherwise) would eventually fetch big bucks. I still feel that!

I had one (non-koa) that I sold here on the board.

PC1's are AWESOME!! We got a Rare one in the shop, It was ordered as Rootbeer however it is lighter than Solar & doesn't have the Sunburst effect that solar has, after talking with Jackson there was 4 released by mistake & we got 2 of them! Compare for yourself, these will be worth bucks in the future. The color is "Cream Soda" Check out the pix & link:
