Thats the one thing about these Concords I dont think I would like, but nice job on the extras.........................
You get used to it... it's a great feeling guitar! I did find out the one thing I'm not crazy about is where the jack is located. I like playing sitting and it gets in the way of my leg.

Yes, he did the striping in reverse to how it would have been done originally (darker color, tape, lighter color).

The neck is very comfortable... the Les Pauls from the early 70's varied so much that if they copied his it was fairly fast and a thinner neck. The one thing I really notice is how hard it is to access the higher frets, but if Hendrix could do it on right handed strats, I can manage I've never been crazy about small frets, but man this guitar is so easy to play, I might be a small fret guy from here on out.

You know.... it crossed my mind, but the whole guitar would have to be stripped and re-done from head to toe. For something very hard to even notice like metallic purple flake mixed with black, I'm pretty content with what I have here... the 'Poor Mans Tribute'

I can actually live without duct tape on the back too
