Need help to identify this guitar (SL2S)

I assume the guitar is real, but most members here are more professional than me and I want you guys to double check it for me. It seems that the trussrod are also different from the one nowadays.

You've already identified it. How much more info do you need than the '97 catalog? The SL2 (no inlays) and SL2S (sharkfins) are "budget" USA made Soloists with import hardware (JT580LP trem) and Armstrong pickups.
