So since it's a "DINKY Explorer" do you think the Jackson CS will still let people order this shape or does it still 'violate' Gibson's trademark/patents?
Reason I ask is because I want one - and mostly because of the balance. That's the one drawback with Explorers that keeps me from getting them._______________________
