    hey guys,

    i just took my ebony smith to the guitar factory here in orlando (jackson warranty center) and corey shows how my high e on that guitar is sliding in the nut, and said to write in to see if you all can send a new nut out.

          Anyway, if this guy Corey is in a so-called Jackson warranty center, he should be the one helping you get the situation resolved.
