More high-EQ and presence than the stock Invader, but less Low-EQ

I'd like to know how do the DP100 and the DP103 sound by themselves, not compared to the original pups

I wouldn't know. The PAF Pro is installed in the neck, so the comparison would be obsolete.

Wow, 8 guitars with the same pups.

WHy not try to get different sounds? It wouldn't hurt. I might get another Jackson in the future and put some PAF in for godly cleans.

I have 4 others with the same pickups too. 2 USA BC Rich Bich Supremes, USA Mockingbird Supreme and a Custom USA Wave Supreme. All Distortions and Jazz.

They all came with different configurations, mostly JBs and 59's. I don't like the JB nor the '59. I've used a Custom a time or two before but these pickups are where it's at for me. Even with the same pickups they still all sound very different. The SH6 and SH2 have the EQ profile I like and the guitar does the rest. Between the body material, construction, thickness and wood types, they're all different.

Only Jackson I have is the PC1. It has the stock Super 3 in the bridge and the stock HS2 in the middle.

if I can slip in my Charvel Predator on this thread , it has a JBJ in the bridge and a Cool Rails in the neck.
