I just dont see anything unusual about them that cant be found on other various RR models. Is it XT because its a culmination of the various oddball specs of all the RR models?

Similar to how Dan Spitz of Anthrax had his made smaller, except Dan's had a standard headstock. Here's a tracing someone did a few years back. The Chris Holmes RR was actually standard size but got broken and reshaped.

XT supposedly stands for "Extreme" and basically all it is is a slightly smaller body size than a regular RR.It's all about the blues-rock chatter.
