Just like the title says, is Graphite Nut offered on Jackson Custom Shop Graph Tech TUSQ XL?

I wouldn't think so, as Graph Tech nuts are of a man-made ivory material.

Then would those graphite nut be smooth as those graph tech nuts? Has anyone tried graphite nut on a factory setted Jacksons?

If I remember correctly, graphite nuts are not even made anymore, and the Graph Tech material is supposedly MUCH better than graphite was.

I've actually read about this not so long ago, stumbling on an old thread about the subject here while searching for something else.

        EDIT: http://www.jcfonline.com/threads/557...t=graphite+nut

EDIT 2: This post in particular.

I've ordered the graphite nut option on a couple of my custom shops. Not sure what actual material or manufacturer it is, but it's definitely heavy duty, anti-friction, and has excellent tuning stability. Highly recommended.

              Custom shop does EVERYTHING.

Personally, I could be wrong but I believe "graphite" is just an old habit of calling Graph Tech nowadays. However if it isn't, you can always specify "other" and write down Graph Tech TUSQ XL (or Black TUSQ XL depending on the look you want) to make sure that it is if that's what you really want. No matter what is offered at the custom shop anyways, it should be top quality.

If you want a specific nut for the guitar then put it on the spec sheet or source your own and arrange to send it to them for the build.

Well, as matter of fact. I ordered it already and I'm kinda regreting not mentioning it on a WO. And I did select graphite nut but I'm worried it would go outta tune.

Good luck with the wait, mate. Hopefully we can see a few pictures of that baby once you get it.
