Here's the neck pocket info with the build date:

Well this arrived earlier this week. Thanks to Nick at Piney Hills for hooking me up!

It's the Dimartini RTM model. I was a bit surprised at the 4-wire connection and lack of logo. His RTM's on his Charvels have logos (and two-wire connections I think...) I actually prefer it this way, but I'm curious as to why there'd be a difference. I've only played it for an hour or so. It's pretty kickass, like a more aggressive JB. I was a bit skittish about removing the Full Shred, because upon inspection of the wiring it looked like maaaaaybe it was original to the guitar. I suppose I'll never know for sure.

My SD Jackson S/N 1266 also has similar writing and "B.S." initials, though mine is dated 5/XX/1986 and WO # 8XXX appearing on the neck heel & in the Kahler route.

                      Who is "B.S."?

That is bad-ass. My second favorite Warren finish. If I could find a frenchy I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

How is the RTM? I thought of trying one a while ago, but if it isn't much different than the JBs I'm using, I doubt I'd bother. IIRC, the JB was what Warren typically used back then.

So far I'm digging the RTM. It is basically an Alnico II version of the JB. It is relatively bright sounding, but not shrill (I was worried about that with a maple board). It has nice clarity, and a bit more output than a JB as well.
