Any info on this guitar?

Thanks again. My questions have been answered. I prefer these calming sea coral patterns over the frenetic swirls. Too bad they are discontinued. I would think no two are exactly alike? If that is the case, then I consider them works of art in their own right. I can see these in the New York Museum of Modern Art. Ive been there, and have seen far worse that has passed for art.

Coral F'ing Sea. Easy to spot. I think they did it by just dabbing sponges in paint and dabbing it onto the guitar.

it's an early 90s USA SL1 in I think Coral Sea finish.

Ehhhhh! NOT SL1 - the NNx designation did not start until 1994-95.

Before that, these were known as USA Soloist or Soloist Custom.

And, if it is really a 1991, it is not a SL1. The SL1 designation was not introduced until 1996. 1995 and earlier are "Soloist Custom". It's NOT a custom shop, it's a normal production guitar. But the model is called a Soloist Custom.
