They used to film the actual construction of some of the Customs, and would include the DVD in the sale.

                    And this

Up for sale or trade is my Jackson "Nuclear" Rhoads. This is a really special guitar and is 1 of 10 in the world painted in the Nuclear scheme by Mike Learn. I will let the pictures speak for themselves but the guitar is un-friggin'-real. The guitar comes with Certificate of Authenticity, OHSC...

                    Are they same guy?

This would be pretty impossible to find. I'm sure Jackson/Fender doesn't keep copies of them on hand and since it is related specifically to that guitar nobody else will have a copy either. I think if the original owner lost it you will be, for lack of a better term, "hooped".

Ahhh. I see. This would make it a Master build then?

I'm not sure they filmed it did they? It was just a DVD of high res photos as I recall... They made a run of those (10?) so I'm sure somebody out there will have a copy.
Popular is not the same as good
Rare is not the same as valuable
Worth is what someone will pay, not what you want to get
