But why we both don't get DVD,and someone get?
Do you bought it from dealer or user?
I bought it from a user (the first one, according to him) and I think he bought the guitar at the NAMM show in2006. Well - ordered it anyway...
I asked him about the DVD, but he told me he never got any.
Anyway - congrats on one of the coolest guitars in history! IMHOS.W.E.D.E.

I have been on vacation with the family for a couple of weeks. I will take a look on my back up server to see if the movie is still around.Custom Guitars, Refinish and restorations.

My wife is checking on back up now. It will have been about 6 or 7 years of back up. The thing is, Jackson created the DVD, we only supplied the painting portion of the DVD. If I can find it, I can get you that part. You will have to check with Jackson on the rest. I believe Mike Kotzen would have been the guy at the time, but he has since moved to another position in the company.

Malevolent, The only thing we provided Jackson with on the CD were static pictures of the guitars. There were no movies on our end. They may have put something together for that. I would check with someone over at Jackson regarding finding or having one sent to you. Honestly, I do not know who you would contact regarding that as people have changed position a few times since that guitar had been finished. Very cool guitar, one of my faves that I have done there.Custom Guitars, Refinish and restorations.
