Whereas if we're looking at ESP, have they done anything original that's actually any kind of positive benchmark? I don't see companies lining up to rip-off the Forest guitars...
Don't get me wrong, I'm not an ESP hater - I want a Hanneman. But I recognise that it's just a Kahler'd Soloist Custom with fancy inlays...
But I'm probably getting off point - I've had some less than ideal experiences on a couple of Jackson CS orders, but in fairness, they've done what was necessary to make them right in the end. And hats off to them for that. But inherently, the rebuilds just added to the build time. And when we're talking about a 2 year ETA, I don't want to take the chance...Last edited by neilli; 07-13-2012, 01:51 PM.Popular is not the same as good
Rare is not the same as valuable
Worth is what someone will pay, not what you want to get

If I ordered a replica to my Jackson Strathead from ESP, it would basically be a guitar without any custom options at all.Last edited by xenophobe; 07-13-2012, 02:02 PM.The 2nd Amendment: America's Original Homeland Defense.
