The crack can barely be seen, and it plays excellent! The paint looks just fine also!

Guys, this was a killer score - probably my best ever! Of all my years playing Jacksons and scoring different Rhoads models, this is my first RR1 (well, USA RR1).

Maybe later I'll do a NGD with new pics.

I'm the one who picked it up, and it wasn't the greatest part of town either. I did have a knife in my pocket with the blade already locked open, just in case. And the seller originally wanted to meet me outside of a liquor store... so I got there early looked at the location and said FUCK THAT. I ended up finding a gas station near by with a surveillance system that worked and told the guy to meet me there. I thought he was gonna flake cause he didn't answer my first phone call, but he got my message and called me a minute or two before I was ready to leave. When I saw it, it had a horrible setup with probably 2-3mm of backbow and was at least 4mm at the 24th fret, but I checked the neck and it seemed fine.

After I got it back, straightened the neck up a little flatter than Jackson ships them, set it up and let it settle for a couple of days, it played really well and the action is super low now.

The paint job was masked horribly, but the overall paint was pretty good. I thought it was a good price and it'll be great for a graphic....

And he tried selling his friend's guitar here... when I politely informed him that the owner has a policy that you must be a platinum member and there's no selling outside of the classified section, he told me to ban him and that this forum sucks and all of its members are assholes, and then he tried to sell his Kelly in another new thread just to make sure I'd ban him!
