  • Finally...I have a Jackson KV1 again!

Finally 7 years since I sold my black pearl 1998 KV1, I have recovered financially to buy this mint condition 1999 KV1. Life is good. Pictures to follow. I was up all night playing my KV1 and I almost forgot how GREAT a USA Jackson is. Hands down, the best guitar I have ever played. Low action, and awesome tone and endless sustain. Grrrr! Regards to all JCFers!
    Good to be back.

You don't have to say prices, but I'm curious how much more (or less?) the one you bought was than the one you sold years ago. $bought - $sold = $difference.

I suspect the price on these has gone up quite a bit.

      Thanks.

The economy was much better 7 years ago....it could have went the other direction.

Then why were Model 6's $300 and Soloist Pros took forever to sell at $500?

Let's say the "J/C" economy was worse then

Hi DonP, I was in need of urgent cash 7 years ago, and I sold it for about 1,500 USD. That was a 1998 KV1 mint condition in black pearl finish. I bought this 1999 KV1 in black finish (mint condition, very very nice) for 2,500 USD. The shop knew me from a long time ago, and allowed me to make a downpayment of 400 USD, and paid the rest a month later. Sorry guys for the delay in pictures. I will definitely post pictures this weekend. As a bonus, I will also include the pictures of my WHITE Jackson KV (grover jackson custom shop) Snow White V (made in Japan) which I obtained a few months ago. 22 frets. Signed by some guy named Marty Friedman

I'm really regretting not getting one for $899 about 3 years ago.

Bro. That would have been a ballin' deal. I'd do it.

I still can't see the pics, but it's not like I haven't seen a KV1 before. It probably looks really good

At Guitar Center Nashville. What would Country players need with a KV?

                              Anyway, it didn't last long.
