What ever happened to the 10 string stuff from the late 90s

I remember seeing them in the catalog around the time of the sweetones and AT-1's IIRC. Just wondered if anyone ever got one and how it was. I specifically remember a kelly with a dark root beer burst.

Always wanted to try one.

When you take about 10 strings I always think of the BC Rich Bich. That seem to be the common one.

They did a 10-string Kelly? The only 10-string I can remember is the PCS Rhoads.

I swore that I remember one from a catalog in the 90s but its not in the catalog I am thinking of as I ckd Audiozone just a moment ago. It was a catalog that was at House of Guitars in NY back in the day. Spent many hours in that place and my buddy remembers this thing as well in the same color I mentioned. I dont THINK I am nuts but it could be a figment of both our memories lol

LOL Maybe it was an exclusive for HoG or just a run or possible one-off that never made it to a catalog. I got my Dinky HX from a Veneman's Music Emporium catalog in '94, but it was never featured in any Jackson catalog.

they sound like 12 strings, as long as you not playing dead clean. it is a bit odd to get used to, i rarely set it up for 10 but every now and then its cool.
