Dealer Rep Charvel San Dimas

I have the oppotunity to buy a US Charvel dealer rep model San Dimas. The serial number falls into the right place on their website. It's in mint condition and has a Charvel gig bag with it since he says the early models didn't come with cases, just gig bags. He's looking for $850 shipped. Is that a good deal? Been looking on Ebay and it seems to be but thought I would get some advice from the pros!!

the usa's came with gig bags, those usa's are getting that (i'm talking just the regular one's not dealer rep). (wrong section fyi). I know one of the members here had a dealer rep one he was selling so it could be him(if it is, great guy).
