He used many different pickups during his career with RATT. Depends on the Era/years you're talking about.

Here's a quick & dirty guide:

1983-84: Duncan Distortion, Duncan JB
1985-87: Duncan JB
1988-90: Jackson J95's and primarily Tom Anderson H-2 & H-3 models
1991: He was usung Gibson Guitars mostly....unsure of the pickups.
