      If the sound is horrible to begin with the a P.A is not going to help it sound better.
      I have seen numerous players with horrible stage tone that sound like god after the sound man is done putting them through the P.A. and into the mix. That is a really outlandish statement. It sounds like you don't believe that a good P.A. and sound guy can change the tone of someones guitar in the mix. If this is the case then why do P.A. systems have all kinds of compressors and tone modeling capabilities?
