Soloist refinishing ideas

Hey guys,

I didn't get any interested on my black soloist here or on the bay (but at least I became a platinum member) so now I'm definitely keeping it and having it refinished by a pro (because I hate plain black guitars)

I originally wanted a shattered glass look, but here are some other ideas I'm playing with.

What do you guys think? I like 1, 4, 9 (skulls), and the last 2.

I'm horrible too, I'm on the fence as to either get a graphic or that seafoam/green lightning or a shattered glass copy.

I'm going in for a consultation with the guy tomorrow, so hopefully he will help me decide (Local guy, has done NHL goalie masks - I'm in Canada haha)

10 and 12 look pretty sweet to me, plus the Rising Sun thing ties well with Jackson.

Yeah I was thinking of combining 12/13 (Like a fantasy type thing, a warrior about to face the incoming dragon)

I'm in Whitby, ON (about 45 mins from Toronto)

Agreed, going with a combination of 10/12, we'll see how it turns out in a few weeks!

Regardless of which finish to choose, it's worth considering getting the pickup rings, the pickups and the headstock painted to match, especially the pickups and rings. It's makes a huge difference in the overall flow of the graphic.

I vote for leaving it black, why ruin a perfectly good black finish?

If it is a San Dimas soloist I would go back with the original color.Any other soloist its whatever you want.
