Same here, Lefty. I'm not ordering anything! Cancelled the whole plan. Better keep my money in my pocket.

I really don't know what to say. It's a good thing Grover isn't there anymore. He'd be furious about things like this. I could see him taking these guitars directly to the saw. This is what I think of Gibson since 1993. I HATE BEING LEFT HANDED! I rock out to Baby metal because Wilkinsi said I can't listen to Rick Astley anymore.

Jackson the new Gibson
I love Jacksons but these lateset threads are not cool and the wait time is unacceptable.
I couldnt wait that long for a guitar. Just ridiculous. Its gotta be heartbreaking to finally get your guitar and its not up to par.

I don't get how the new owner is reluctant to return it because of the wait time
this would be my note attached to the return shipment:
"I didn't wait 2 years and pay $4k for you guys to screw it up
Since It doesn't take 2 years to route a body, glue a neck and wait for paint to dry, you have 3 months
to get me a new guitar made by your craftsmen instead of high school trainees""There's nothing taking away from the pure masculinity I possess"
-"You like Anime"
"....crap!"

AFAIK all fb's are pre-slotted with a machine
I think someone wasn't paying attention and either the fb used was too short (24.75 24 frets?) or the end broke off"There's nothing taking away from the pure masculinity I possess"

Yeah they'd have to re-do the binding afterwards as well and I am sure it would be a pain in the ass. I was just doing some research and I found a few pics of the Jackson Custom shop and low and behold I saw the fret slotting machine you're speaking of. It cuts all the fret slots at one time so it was probably a short scale board they used by accident. Here's a link to the site I found that shows the machine and a lot more! http://www.jacksoncharvelworld.net/tour.htmlThis is what I think of Gibson since 1993. I HATE BEING LEFT HANDED!
