80s vs 90s logo...differences?

    ^The 'R' looks like a white dot on the '90 Rhoads.^
    Is it just the photo or is it like that in person?
    96xxxxx, 97xxxxx and 98xxxxx serials oftentimes don't indicate '96, '97 and '98.

      It is more distinct in person but the logo being so small the "R" clutters the circle.
      I like black and white guitars
