Duncan Custom was already in it, and a hot stack plus in the neck. Thought I'd try something other than a hotrails LOL

F'n tight! So were the frets good to go, or was a fret dress or refret required? Damn these things are fun but money pits! So is DRL doing the paint over there or do they have somebody else now?_________________________________________________

The frets got dressed as part of the process, fortunately it didn't need a refret. But yeah, the costs added up pretty fast but nothing came out of nowhere, and Lee told me right from the start what each option was going to cost. I believe DRL and GMW have gone their separate ways - I think the last GMW he did was Johnnyryche's RC inspired Soloist.Popular is not the same as good

Wow, gorgeous work -- it's like a Pollock painting. I have an '84 San Dimas Charvel that was modded from a Kahler to a Floyd, and it's a bit of a dinged up mess. Have wanted to get it refin'd and cleaned up for some time but haven't known who to send it to. Seems like Lee may be the man?!

Yeah, absolutely. When it comes to the 'mechanicals' of the guitar, Lee is awesome. I loose track about who does the graphics now, but for restorations and solid colours, Lee does the work and is the man for sure.Popular is not the same as good
