I work for a Huge Jackson dealer in Reno NV, and I posted about a year ago when i finally recieved my Custom Shop RR1 order, which took almost 3 years to get to me. When I ordered it, it was before they were doing the Custom Select thing and the wait only being 4-6 months. The paint seemed to be an issue, i wanted the most extreme Flouresent Pink they'd ever done, hopefully matching Ernie Ball Strings 9-42...actually...they got it brighter even though I cant capture it on camera..(Yes I'm a Vinnie Vincent fan and he probably influenced me with it) but more so because i play in an 80's Glam tribute band so it's perfect...
Anyways....My boss put in an order about 5 months ago for a custom shop soloist and an RR1 in the same exact finish...he says "I'm sure you'll end up with it.." He was right!...I cant even capture the color of it, It's EXTREME Gold Sparkle, this thing is complete Bling!! I used it onstage the other night at the Rockbar Concert Venue which is pretty huge and people were telling me the thing just sparkled all the way to the back of the venue...The Girls LOVED it LOL, the tag says #1 of 1. the sticker on the box calls it "Golden Rhoads" (I think it's in reference to my Boss's last name which is GOLDEN LOL) The pictures just can't capture the Aura of it...unfortuneately..It plays like a Million dollars, just like my Pink RR...Here's pics

They both look great! The matching headstock with a black logo really works well on that gold sparkle RR.

Awesome guitars. Love the gold one. (Once you take the plastic off the truss rod cover, but I know that's kind of a personal thing...) Now you need to add one without a Floyd for variety.

Thanks you guys....yeah I'm pretty blessed to have Both of them, Also have a standard USA RR1 as well in the White (Black Pinstripes) I think I have all the colors i need as far as the RR's go LOLOL
