  • Crushed Masterbuilt Dreams

So this showed up today at my local dealer. It's about 5-6 months early since it's masterbuilt since I order it 4/15/2016 . I figured i should still share the potato taken pics since I think it's pretty but then again I'm the idiot that spec'd it.

    Masterbuilt KV1
    Specs
Single SD hum (was specc'd the stock JB but looks to be a black winter. need to pull it to check)
Schaller Hannes bridge (supposedly first KV they've built with one),
Mahogany body with five piece mahogany/maple neck,
    Schaller locking tuners,
    Gothic Jackson logo,
    Single hollow shark fin
House of Kolor Shimrin Green-Purple metal flake paint job

Pretty simple specs and just how I like them.

EDIT:I was wrong and after the shop double checking and talking to Jackson, it does have the correct side luminlay dots.
Have to say excellent customer service from Jackson on a Friday evening and during NAMM. I will get better photos up this weekend.

Good shot of the green to purple change that happens based off the lighting. It's really hard to not get a sparkly green photo with a good camera with a flash.

So the only mess up is the inlay material?
Popular is not the same as good
Rare is not the same as valuable
Worth is what someone will pay, not what you want to get

Actually I was mistaken on the side dots. The guitar is as spec'd. Went back and picked it up. Will get much better pictures this weekend if I put it down long enough

The finish is from House of Kolor and it's just called Green-Purple. Not a very fancy name for such a cool color.

How's about a full pic of the back of the body?
