Boderick USA CS?

Hey all.
Been working on hunting one of these down in trans white. I think only the first batch of them came out as a CS version. Anyone have anymore information on that so I can see how futile my attempt to find one is going to be? I have a trans red that I love and now want the white and would love that CS logo on the headstock.

I've only seen a few out there and it seems like it's been a white.
