That's no doubt one of the many dealer run models from that time. It would be similar level as the X Series which began late '99.
There may be a thread on this forum somewhere giving the model name, but unless someone ID's the exact model you'll be safe in calling it a Dinky Reverse. JDR or something to that effect.
Though, one would have to be sure to disclose it isn't related to the Japanese Pro Series Dinky Reverse model or the JDR '94 Concept model.
Neck pockets and neck heels often contain date/model stamps, but generally Indian models have no useful stamps. I may be worth removing the neck and checking, though, if you're curious. I'd have to check...96xxxxx, 97xxxxx and 98xxxxx serials oftentimes don't indicate '96, '97 and '98.

I expect ps43203 either hit the wrong number, mispoke or has a late '85 Model 6 with a C5xxxxx serial.
I don't know if it was the case with the first run of those Charvel imports, but it's common for models to be made late the year before the release year.96xxxxx, 97xxxxx and 98xxxxx serials oftentimes don't indicate '96, '97 and '98.
