        'tis a doozy.
        96xxxxx, 97xxxxx and 98xxxxx serials oftentimes don't indicate '96, '97 and '98.

I had an 89 grey crackle which i sold and to be honest any other rr i tried after was just not the same. Something very special about these era jacksons so when i found the orange crackle one i didnt loose any time. Plays feels and sounds amazing just like my 89 one.
The bcr gunslinger is from 88 as well, neck plays like butter, its on reverb now
