Looking for Nut Shims for PC-1 Neck

Hi All

The PC-1 has a top loaded 42.86mm screw in Nut. I am looking to buy a pack of shims to raise the action slightly. They come in packs of 1,2 & 3mm. The only ones I can find is the All Parts pack of six that has information regarding the width. I am also after a truss rod adjuster. Thanks for any help.
