Unusual Serial Number for a USA Jackson Soloist

Hi,
I've got offered a Jackson Soloist SL2H USA "Lighting Sky" (Neck thru).
The strange Thing is the Serial Number on it: "U190**"
Everywhere in the internet it tells me the Serial Number sould start with "UO" + four numbers (not just "U" + five numbers).
Now i am a bit worried to buy it.
I hope you guys can help me out?
Maybe there are more USA Jacksons with such a Serial Number?
Maybe some expert can even tell me what year it is from? (the guy who offered it to me says he got it from a friend long time ago and he thinks its from 1997)

Yes, approximately 10.000 pieces
Thats just because after serial number U09999 it continues with U10000. The lists you find in the internet are pretty old and were created before serial number U10000 was reached.
I think that they are meanwhile in U3xxxx range (or close before at least)

According to my personal list it's a late 2007 model. Sept/Oct maybe? Someone else can probably chime in with a more exact production date.

I concur, mid-'07. The online serials only go up to 2002, the year Fender took over. You need to contact Fender for serial info...they won't make them public for some reason.
I want a LS so badly. The 2 or 3 I found up here in Canada are owned by douches
...that wouldn't/won't ship them.
