I have the opportunity to buy a used pre fender RR1-T in Lightening Sky with an EMG 81-60 set.



Seems in a pretty good condition, cool strap aswell [img]/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]

I'll ask him for more pics, adn if he can ship it to the UK, it's $1100 asking i'll offer him $1300 shiped to the UK is that a fair price for a fairly old guitar?

I saw this one on ebay too. $1300 seems a little high, but they are probably really hard to find in the UK, right? Just offer him the BIN price plus all the shipping costs to the UK. It has been listed before and didn't sell.

I thought Lightning Sky RRT was a limited edition in 2002 catalog.
With upgrade(?) of EMGs,
$1300 shipped to UK is a great deal in my opinion

thats what I thought, I don't have the cash yet but will do soon, it's this or an ESP M-II in GMB.

Here's an RR1, ( lightnig sky RR1) but he says he will only ship to the USA. You should send him an e-mail if you are interested. Maybe he will make an exception? The only difference aside from the trem is the lack of EMGs and the minor chiping on the wing.

Thinking of the prices and the availebility here in Europe, that should be a pretty good deal with the EMG pups if it`s in good shape.
I`m really not into graphic, otherwise I`d love to have it.

well I think it'd take me liek month to get all me cash together maybe, allthough, im pretty tmepted by an M-II standard.

is it I saw it advertised on an EZboard sales page, isnt that going against ebays rules selling it soemwhere else?

It isnt as expensive as I originally thought, and I could afford the guitar sooner.

Im still half decided though.
