I was trying to think of a way to get the cash up for a copperhead dinky, but that trans purple is sweet! Plus an oiled neck and gold hardware. Mmmmmmmm

I doubt that Jackson would put a maple board on an SL2 for a limited run. They seem to have gotten a little strict on what they will do for these dealer limited runs. The copperhead is on my hitlist and maybe even this purple SL2.

Well I guess I have to buy one now! [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] I really am torn between this one and the copperhead. I love that copperhead finish, but I like soloists better than dinkies. And then theres the whole not having anymore money thing. If I could scrap together the deposit, I'd be in for sure. Hey Scott, What do you have for serial #s on the transparent purple SL2's? I'll email ya.

Joe (PIKA) mentioned to me that these would be cool if I offered an option for hardware color...
Unfortunately, they all have to be the same specs for Jackson and it would not be cost effective for me to swap out the hardware unless the buyers were willing to pay the additional cost of all new black/gold hardware..

So- I guess I'd like to hear how many think it should have Gold Hardware and how many think it should have black?

Additionally, if we go all black hardware, would yous guys still want the logo in gold or would you want to change that to black as well??

I signed off on the order yesterday but I still have time
to make some mild tweaks.
