X-mas already? Four USA J/Cs in one day...

Today has been one of the best days in a loooooong time...

I picked up two huge boxes from the customs:


Then I went home wondering what's inside. Once I opened the boxes I found four "misc guitars":


I realized that those are 83 stringthru custom rhoads,
early 81 prepro Charvel, 85 king v student and 85
flying v. They were all really nice but Idols was on TV
so I left the guitars hanging on the wall. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Too bad only two of those guitars were for me. I scored
the flying v and Charvel. Other two went to local friends
after a brief stop at my house. But still this was one of
those days that one remembers for a long time. I will upload the guitars on the Finnish Jackson Palace soon with lots of pics.

The flying V is awesome. The sound is too big for my room so I can only play it in the living room or outdoors. [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]

Hey Juha no worries if I don't show up at the office tomorrow - just tell them I'm sick or something!

Brett, that ivory RR went to Juha Haukipuro. It's in 6 out of 10 condition visually but I loved the relic look.

The blue V looks great! How is the weight? My 85 Flying V is pretty heavy.

Lordofgain - I have to toy around with the Charvel a bit until I can tell if it will ever move or not. I prefer stars and Vs over strats though, but a non-modded 81 Charvels are hard to come by.
Jim - the V weighs a ton. But it adds to the sound so I'll
just start going to the gym and live with it. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
HuntinDoug - Yes, I even sold three of the guitars to pay
for cable TV. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] NOT!
