Sam said he was "definitely in" for one.
He was up for "poop on a stick" though too. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
Even if I could afford it (wich I can't), I wouldn't commit until I've seen how the abnormally large V of red color order turns out.

I hope you realize that with the 25% increase in Custom Shop prices at the beginning of the year plus the 15% price increase instituted after Summer NAMM on all USA products, you're going to be looking at well over $3K each for a run like this....... maybe closer to $4K.

I've come to the realization that I will never be able to get my true dream guitar ever made by the Jackson Custom Shop.

....... and by the way, the Custom Shop Quote Form on the Jackson website still reflects prices directly out of the 2002 AMIC/Jackson catalog. You'll need to add 43.75%(125% + 15% of 25%) to get an accurate list price.

Just a note to everyone that this price hike mentioned doesnt make it so..
If its true, I am unaware of it at this point.....

How can you be unaware of the not so publically announced 25% price increase at the first of the year on all Custom Shop orders and the recent publically announced 15% price increase on all USA built guitars(5% on imports)? You're a dealer for god's sake.

By the way, Kevin Easton confirmed this.

It is possible that the new 15% price increase may be only on USA Selects since Custom Shop guitars were already increased by 25% just 7 months ago but that's not the way Kevin interpreted it.
