Re: Vinnie Vincent Custom Shop Poll #1 - the basics

I've got pretty good pricing info (Scott is still waiting on final confirmation from Jackson). Anybody that is interested please let me know. Here is the guitar I spec'd for myself and have pricing for. Obviously yours will be more or less depending on your specs.

<ul type="square">[*]VVV body[*]Alder body[*]maple neck through w/ebony board[*]reverse sharkfins[*]oiled neck[*]tune-o-matic[*]24.75" scale[*]24 frets[*]1 11/16" nut[*]metal flake finish[*]bound neck and headstock[*]2 humbuckers[*]chrome hardware[*]2 vol/1 tone - 3-way toggle
I would be interested in a VVV, but I would want a double V. Is there still interest in it?

Maybe I called it the wrong thing, but I thought that is what someone else on here called it. Either way, here are a couple links. http://www.ryanlueck.com/guitars/jackson.html

Actually, I was just speaking of the single guitar, with the double V at the back, but that looks cool too.

No, don't use the word "double". We are discussing a Vinnie Vincent V

or

VVV

Gotcha I am interested in the VVV if anything comes about with it. Don't want pink, - but a cool looking blueish/purple would be great. Not like the Ebay guitar, more darker blue/purple than that. HippieTim, let me know if this ever gets going.

Re: Vinnie Vincent Custom Shop Poll #1 - the basics

Personally I have lost interest in doing a VVV. Some recent posts here and sitings elsewhere took care of that. The more I saw pictures of them, the less I liked them. Scott at VWall was going to give us a break if we could get a handful of folks ordering them all at once even if the specs were different.

WOW, that was quick less than a week to fall apart. From what I have seen, Theses group orders always seem to go south. I'm suprised the Demon project is still a go. I have been wanting to order A CS for a long time, the problem is what I want changes week to week. If I ordered a CS by the time it got to me a year later. It would probably be something I really didn't want anymore.

GGRRR Dam kids always distracting me, didn't see the correct date. V shaped guitars are like convertibles, everyone wants one till they own one.

Man I would like to have a VVV but the with a blood drip!
the more prominent V would be black with the blood drip then the other part white or silver
with all black hardware, ONE EMG and ONE Volume knob! hahahaha sorry just had to say it, I know this is a month old or so, but give it to me with a reverse headstock in 7 strings with an ebony board with no inlays! and maybe make the lower horn the same length and there we have it, but then again that has nothing to do with the specs listed above!

anyways maybe a King VVV haha

Cheers
