Gotcha! [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] Forgot about that run! Were they all Chlorine or were ther other colors? Maybe I'm still thinking about the GX run! [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] The top on that is by far one of the best tops I have ever seen on a SL1 or SL2H.

When I placed my order with Scott last June, I had no string thrus at all and now I have 3 and a custom shop on the way! There is little part of me that wishes it had a Floyd, but I'm just really into string thrus right now.

I hope the top on mine is decent. Should be at least as good as the ones in the pics.

WHOOHOO! Number 3 is on it's way to ma as I type this. Just got some pics from Scott and I am stoked about the top. It looks killer! I'll make sure to get some pics out in the sun when it arrives.

Doug I am thinking of the Purple myself espescially since the Oiled neck is no longer an option... I am also looking at the King V and that Demon is interesting too (sorry scott)

BTW Doug, the tr covers look awesome!

I think they went above and beyond while selecting the tops. I'm not saying that the tops on the USA selects are bad, but they never really grabbed me and I was curious to see how these would come out. I'm not a fan of tight flames like you see on most USA selects. I like the more broad flames that you would more likley find on a Gibby, PRS or CS Jackson.

As far as the purple one goes, I want one in the worst way, but I just can't commit to one more guitar right now without ditching something else. I also have a CS on order and another guitar that's going to take me a few months to pay for. We'll see where I'm at when they come in (hoping they won't all be spoken for!)

It would be nice to have a set!
