Ngd: Jackson custom shop oddity

This just showed up yesterday. Wasn't planning on new guitar when this was ordered but since Jackson said they would build it that I had to do it. It's a good match with the one i bought from Cliff


Hopefully it's nice out this weekend and I will get some shots in better lighting. It's not black like it looks in the photo. I will also post the COA and see if one of you experts can spot anything interesting.

Not sure what you mean, but as I recall, the Death Warrior has always been an American body shape, and a very uncommon one at that.

Seeing as I spec'd the guitar and it just showed up from the Jackson custom shop, I am pretty sure it's not Japanese built.

The Nebula graphic Death Warrior I bought from Cliff since Jackson wouldn't build me one. Then a year later things happened that they agreed to make the one on the left for me.

A blacked out DW with a single pickup is too cool, but that Nebula and those inlays.

I forgot about that black warrior that someone else posted on here a while ago. I can see how photo makes it look that way.

It's actually not black. It's called "White Sparkle" and is a House of Kolor paint. Let's just say I have multiple sample form the Jackson paint shop confirming the color is correct.I need to find time and a nice day to get some photos outside to better show off the color.

Yeah, I don't get it, either. It looks like amost a cross between metallic black and gunmetal gray.
