It's probably someone's Custom Select RR1. Wish there were more pics to positively confirm, but from what I can determine in the one photo you provided, the changes from stock specs include:

1) Reverse headstock
2) Possibly a matching-color headstock but hard to tell because of the glare
3) Possibly alumiloid inlays but hard to tell without a closeup photo
4) White pickup bobbins and chrome hardware
