Pc1 help

Hey guys I'm new here but noticed we have some very knowledgeable pc1 owners.
I Am looking for some information on a part used on the sustainer board.
I believe it is an IC switch I have attached a picture.
Please could someone tell me the part number on it? As mine has decided to disembowel itself ?

if there enough of the part remaining to see if you can read the letters/numbers etched onto the flat side of it?
