Top coat finish for CS order

What top coat is similar to USA Custom selects and custom shops? I will be going with black sparkle finish.

Polyester, Urethane?

you can get either on custom selects. urethane was like $300 more than polyester the last time I checked.

the urethane finish is supposed to be harder.
