Headstock cloudiness

Hi All

I have a chance to pick up a 2015 SL2H Soloist Select. The guitar is a case queen BUT it has a cloudiness on the lower part of the headstock under the Jackson logo. I believe I read that this could be a common issue.

How much does this devalue the guitar? Of course, the playability is not affected, but wanted to know a proper valuation to buy it.
