Hey everyone, I own a Jackson SL1T and noticed that the bridge humbucker is positioned quite far from the bridge itself, with about a 5mm gap between it and the middle single-coil pickup. However, when I've seen other SL1T models, I was surprised to notice that on some, the bridge humbucker is positioned slightly closer to the bridge. Does anyone know why there's this difference? Is it just different specs, or are some guitars meant to be more 'heavy metal' while others are more 'classic'? Here's a photo to illustrate what I mean: jackson-al1t-diffs.jpg
